Emily grew up in the rural United States before migrating to the UK to expand her career in film. She holds a degree in Media Arts from Brigham Young University, where her short film Waiting was nominated for Best Picture at the Final Cut Film Festival.
For the past four years, Emily has been immersed in the film and commercial industry in London, honing her skills and expanding her portfolio. Her previous directorial work includes Angle, a music video for the artist FØNX.
Take Me Back is her first short film with a dedicated festival run.
